Ok.  The 50th birthday  is coming.   What womens gifts can you give that would be appropriate for a 50th birthday?  It may be a sensitive subject, so you want to give her something that is cute and fun, but not offensive.

Only 4 more days until Valentines Day!  Are you ready?

I would love to hear how you spend it.  Ours has always been pretty quiet.  My husband and I used to go out to dinner, but we found the service and food to be less than great.  So, we started going out on a different day around Valentines Day to celebrate it.

When my kids were younger, we used to make a Valentines box where we all put in the cards we had written out to each other.  Then, after we had a special dinner, we would take the box and pull out the Valentines and hand them out. Just something to make it a little more fun.  I grew up with this tradition, and wanted to carry it on with my own kids.
